This by far was the best experience I've had with any car rental company ever. This rental company is a few minutes from the airport, which is very convenient for a drop off at the airport for the flight back home. They have a driver pick you up upon arrival and drop you off upon departure. This was very cost friendly and there were no issues at all. Everyone was very benevolent, and I will definitely use this company when I return to Aruba. 10 out of 10 for sure!! 😊😊
10/10 experience! They were very kind and communicative. Picked us up on time at the airport and drove us to pick up the car. The process was very smooth from beginning to end. We got full risk coverage so didn't have to put a deposit and it covered everything. When we dropped it off they took us straight to the airport.

How pickup works
No airport counter. Here's exactly how you'll get your car.
Queen Beatrix International Airport (AUA)
No walk-up counter at the airport. After you collect your bags, exit the arrivals hall, cross the street and go to the yellow Shuttle Bus sign. A TRAC representative takes you by shuttle to our office, 3 to 5 minutes away.
Hotel / Airbnb pickup
We pick you up at your hotel or Airbnb and drive you to our office, a few minutes away, to collect your car.
Cruise terminal
Walk to the Main Gate (Gate 5), where a TRAC representative meets you.
